Baked Chicken TEnders

A simple season and bake for these delicious chicken tenders. Serve them with just about anything, salads, mac  & cheese, steamed vegetables, dipping sauces, and french fries, are just a few of the options. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 boneless, skinless chicken tenders (about 1.75-2 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne  
  • foil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Place tenders in 9×13 baking dish (I use glass) slightly separated. 
  3. Brush each tender with olive oil to lightly coat. 
  4. Mix salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and cayenne in a small bowl until well combined. 
  5. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on each tender until each tender is well-seasoned on top. 
  6. Cover the 9×13 baking dish with foil and place in the oven at 400 degrees. Cook the tenders with the foil on for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and cook the tenders for an additional 10 minutes.
