fruit salad

The best fruit salad – with minimal chopping. It’s a win at the dinner table, parties, and for snacking. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz container of fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 pint container of fresh blueberries
  • 1 15oz can of mandarin oranges, light syrup (drained, reserving 2 tbsp of the syrup)

Instructions:

  1.  Combine the strawberries, blueberries, and mandarin oranges in a large bowl. Drizzle with the reserved mandarin orange syrup. Gently mix to combine. 
  2. Chill for at least one hour and serve.
