Graham Cracker Crust
Graham Cracker Crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Pour and press crust mixture into a 9 inch pie pan to form the crust. The top of the crust should sit at the edges of the pie pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Let it cool completely before use.
Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour condensed milk, sour cream, cream cheese, lime juice, and lime zest in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and all ingredients are well-combined (no large chunks of cream cheese). I like to use my KitchenAid Stand Mixer with the whisk attachment for about 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.
- Pour mixture into the completely cooled graham cracker crust, smooth over and tap pie pan gently to release any air bubbles.
- Bake for 8 minutes, until the mixture is set. Do not brown.
- Chill pie for a minimum of four hours, top with garnish and/or whipped cream.
Enjoy!
