  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
Pie
  • 2 c sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 4 tbsp (2 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • lime slices or zest for garnish

Graham Cracker Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Pour and press crust mixture into a 9 inch pie pan to form the crust. The top of the crust should sit at the edges of the pie pan.

Pie
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour condensed milk, sour cream, cream cheese, lime juice, and lime zest in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and all ingredients are well-combined (no large chunks of cream cheese). I like to use my KitchenAid Stand Mixer with the whisk attachment for about 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into the completely cooled graham cracker crust, smooth over and tap pie pan gently to release any air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, until the mixture is set. Do not brown.
  5. Chill pie for a minimum of four hours, top with garnish and/or whipped cream.
Enjoy!
