Kiss cookies

Mix, bake, and top with a kiss – all you need for this delicious little treat. 

Serving: 24 mini muffin size cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Cookie Mix + Required Ingredients
  • 24 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kisses 
  • Mini Muffin Pan (24 count is the easiest)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare cookie mix according to package directions. 
  2. Lightly grease the mini muffin pan. To fill the mini muffin pan, roll a small ball of dough (about 1.5 inch size) to fit in the mini muffin space, place it in the space and press down until it is flat across the top. The dough should fill about 1/2 to 3/4 of the mini muffin space. Repeat until all 24 mini muffin spots are full. There will be some excess dough (you can make more Kiss Cookies if desired).  
  3. Bake the cookie dough according to the package directions (I do about 9 minutes). While the cookies are baking, unwrap the 24 Hershey’s kisses and set aside. 
  4. When the cookies are done baking, remove the mini muffin pan from the oven and while the cookies are still warm, place a Kiss in the center of each cookie and gently press down to make sure it is firmly in place.
