Sheet pan sausage + potatoes + onions + peppers
A chop, toss and bake dinner that has it all – one of our family favorites.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of smoked sausage (14oz)
- 8-10 medium red potatoes (or 2 large baking potatoes)
- 3 bell peppers (red, orange or yellow)
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Chop onion, bell peppers and potatoes into bite size pieces.
- Slice sausage into thin coins.
- Line sheet pan with foil.
- Place the chopped onions, bell peppers, potatoes, and sausage onto the lined sheet pan. Drizzle mixture with the olive oil and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt onto the mixture and stir to coat.
- Make sure the mixture is evenly spread throughout the baking sheet (not stacked) and place sheet pan with mixture into the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
